bulking problem (somethings not right here)

I started to bulk after cutting (1800 calorie a day diet) about 4 weeks ago the opening week i ate average of about 2400 calories and gained nothing then I loaded creatine and gained 2 pounds the next week , then last week i upped calories to an average 3000 and gained no weight and this week i upped my calories to an average of 3500 and gained 4 pounds, and 4 is to much for one week because every single calorie is clean and i'm eating all the same foods just more of them. I weigh myself every sunday morning before i eat breakfast so that it is an accurate weight and shouldnt include any water. So what do u think i should do?

you won't always gain 1 lb a week consistenly. you are trying to go for an average. at least that is how it works for me.

stay consistent and give it some time. try 3000 cal's, wait 3 or 4 weeks, and see how it goes. seems like your worrying too much about it.. just stay consistent

Considering I happen to read your other thread so I know what your talking about...

Figure out how many calories you eat a day on average then add 500 to start, you don't want to jump to far ahead
