hummm mani will tell you what i am doing i am eating 8 meals per day to get mass okey, but no carb after 7 bez i workout at 7 so i take mass protien at 6 and after workout i take whey protien. try to take zantrex i am not sure about the spelling, but that what i am taking chick my back picture i really lost alot of fat in my back but the problem is the abs : )
