who read the new flex magazine w/ jay cutler on the cover? it has johnnies jacksons mass building power lifting work out... it seems like im overtraining when i work out but i feel great? for instance back has about 30 sets in it an di knwo ur only supposet to do 16 buttttttt the reps are only at 5 instead of 10 so is taht like 15 real sets? 30 divided by 2.... for those who have read the new flex let me know if i should stick w/ it or not? i wanna try for at leaste 1 month

im too lazy to post the whole thing up lol but when i get my magazine back from my friend i will do so.... and about the overtraining. i feel soooo good after im done but during my wokr out i feel as if ima die toward the end. i really dotn want to continue and its not cause im lazy just sooooo tired
