err Rob Van Damme??
First pic was 11 stone 6 (160lbs), after losing the weight that i'd carried all through my teens - really happy part of my life. Was training everything semi-seriously but still no heavy leg work at this point, and diet was good/almost perfect for about 3 months.
I then went on a mission to get as big as possible for the next 18 months. I went from 11 stone 6 to 15 stone 11 (221lbs) at my highest, and now currently looking at a more manageable fat level at 14 stone 10 (206lbs).
I currently train 5 times a week, i think the biggest difference that I have made to gain results have been that I religiously train legs, and hold them up high in great importance as part of training now. During my mega-weight-gain period, my main lift was deadlift and i went from 1 rep of 125kg to 1 rep of 205kg in that period. Bench went from 90kg to 145kg. It was an amazing time of my life.
Currently, at a slightly leaner level, i'm benching about 125 - 130kg, deadlifting 1RPM at 185 - 190kg, which i'm happy with.
I also have a compulsory 'core' day now, once per week, where I work on my abs, stability and posture. I think (although only done it for 5 weeks), it has made major differences to those areas.
Thanks for compliments,
Nick

You look great! You've added a ton of muscle mass in 2 years! Arms are real powerful looking and your chest and abs are popping out with muscle all over the place! Congrats man! Keep up the good work and keep lifting hard!
