Hey guys I'm going to start training for my University's rugby club and would like to go on creatine for various reasons. I've read many articles on this web site and others and creatine seems like the best thing for me right now. I am fairly fast but would like to put on some muscles. I have been lifting for 2 years seriously now but am just getting into this creatine thing.
I have access to Vitamin world and GNC but that's about it. I was wondering what creatine I should be taking and with what Glutamine.
The multivitamin I am taking right now is just Centrum Forte and wouldn't mind going on something else. I've heard good thinks about Animal Pak so that would be my obvious choice.
For creatine I have heard Prolab Creapure but I couldn't find it at GNC or the Vitamin world, any other recommendations? As well what kind of Glutamine should I be taking? I heard Dymatize has good ones but I couldn't find them in the stores as well. Any suggestions would be great.
