i need some help finding some protein powder that will taste good in water or in any type of juice. i'm lactose intolerant and i also don't like to mix it with milk because of the casein. please also list the name and flavor of the particular protein, thanks.

instead of regular refined sugar, I would use some prue dextrose powder. It will be a little more effective at spiking the insulin levels, while still providing the sweetening effect you're after
