Yeah, lats are definitely my best part. Kinda funny how that is, i broke my back and its my best part. I worked out a little before my accident, but not dedicated. When i got out of the hospital, i was 6'2", 137, now 205, 161/2 arms, 46 chest. For lats, i do a lot of pulldowns with variety of grips and attachments, LOTS of weighted chins(two guys pick me up to bar, usually with 20 pounds on waist) and plate loaded rows, heavy usually 5-8 reps. I sometimes alternate those with dumbell rows, face down on a incline bench.

Hey guys, i have competed in the wheelchair nationals as a novice this spring, but do plan on competing seriously next year in a couple competitions. As for cardio, i do a lot of wheeling around, in the winter i do x-country skiing(have a special setup, frame and seat bolted to x-country skis and i push down the trail with short poles) but most of my cardio i do on a special exercise bike, i wheel up to it, strap my feet to the peddles and i turn handles with my arm and that turns my legs as well.

Dude its really cool how you don't let your disablity hold you down. I admire you for putting your mind to something and sticking with it. My success story is only mediocore compared to yours.. But we're all in it for one reason.. to be the best we can be despite the hardships that have been layed before us.. Keep up the good work dude, you rank high in my "people i admire" list..
