    whey vs true mass

    which one do you recommend, when on a bulk

    its hard to match them up with calories, protein and carbs
    because the servings for whey are 31g and true mass are 145 (unless you divide to get it equal to each other)

    either way, past experiences etc let us know

    thought this, but when i worked out calorie wise, whey was bit more..

    am i still better off on true mass for now to bulk?

    im eating heaps of food like 6 meals a day plus milk before bed, so sorta 7
    but i was on fitday and my calorie intake is only about 2000-2500, i dont think its enough for me

    im eating granola, oats, chicken, pasta, rice, peanut butter, bread, milk, tuna, meat, pizza

    if ur taking multiple servings of whey to get the calories to equal the weight gainer then most of the protein is not going to get absorbed.
