What do you eat on practice days and on match days? I mostly just need ideas on what to eat before and after practices, and during the all day tournements.
Practice starts in one week!!!

What does your wrestling season diet look like?

People post about football all the time, why not wrestling? It has to do with diet, which is related to bodybuilding.

I plan on losing about 3-4 pounds, no biggie. I don't want to cut a lot like last year and lose all my muscle. Our practices are hell too. We have about 30 minutes of weightlifting, run 4 400's or 6 200's, then we do our drills and practice. It's pretty intense I would say.

Thanks man, so it's a lot of carbs throughout the day, protein in the morning and after practice. But what about at night and before practice?

I don't think my weight will be a problem, I plan on losing it pretty quick, and the right way. I do not want to take ECA at my age for obvious reasons, plus I think it's illegal (in Ohio at least)
