Alright, I'm getting back into a tight regimen guys.
Three Day Split:
Day 1: Back/Bis
Bent over Rows 3x8
Pullups 3 x MAX
Concentration Curls 3x8
Day 2: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Incline Bench 3x10 Heavy
Flat Bench 3x5
Overhead DB Press 3x8
Overhead Tricep Extentions 3x8
Day 3: Legs
BB Squats 3x10
BB Calf Raises 3x10
Straight Leg Deadlifts 3x10
I'll take rest days as needed. Cardio on the rest days.
Any comments?

i like the 3 day split... nice setup. im thinking about giving it a try once im done with the max-ot routine i'm on now.

would you recommend doing cardio on rest days? Or would this conflict with muscle gain?
