Most people say no because of the casein content...but it has been shown a blend is superior as some above posters have said.
I believe a lot of the misunderstandings have arisen due to people using Whole milk...not that whole milk is bad, but fat generally slows down absorption (thats why PB + cottage cheese at night is good)
