    He is in Los Angeles now and you can meet him at the Golds Gym in Venice (tha Mecca!)
    His next competition is Ironman but he's going into AC08 to support his great friend Silvio Samuel;-)

    Food is really expensive in France also it's hard to diet.

    I heard the Colorado Pro was cancelled this year, not for sure on that though. I would have liked to do the amatuer NPC show they hold though.

    Yeah I heard the Colorado was cancelled because the promoter and Shawn Ray had a disagreement. But that was just word of mouth so I am not positive on that.
