    Having a hard time seeing my muscles without flexing...

    My muscles are really defined when I flex, but when I don't, it's hardly visisible. I'm 173 lbs, 6'0, 13% body fat so I don't think I'm at the point where the fat is covering all the muscles. I'm been lifting for about 4 months now, how long did it take you guys to see your muscles while being relaxed?

    this is how i am. I cant see my chest without flexing, but when i do it i can. And my bi's and tri's look small with no flex but when i do it they get like twice as big. I think this is normal.

    both of those supplements increase blood flow to muscles which causes those pumps u get after a workout. it will make you look big. also it probably genetics some people are more defined than others. Drop your bf% some more for increased definition

    no boosters do help you look big all the time. i've almosted finished my second bottle of nitrix and my arms are looking huge and vascularity is increased alot

    How quickly does it take to see a difference on them generealy? and Whats the general way to take them?

    You wnat to get your bf around 10. You also may wish to do sets with more repitiions which will increase muscle tone (degree of contraction while not being "used" so to speak). Some of it is also genetics.

    you should never use the word tone what are toning its not a word that should even be assocaited with exercise

    A lot of ppl never look big without flexing. I mean, you have the size, but your muscles aren't gonna be bulging all the time unless you're super huge and on roids.

    is nitrix safe? I've heard a lot of bad things about it involving long term high blood pressure. I also DO NOT want veins. only muscle definition and size.

    sorry buddy vascularity comes with a lower bf and you wont get muscle deffinition without a low bf. so your screwed.
