My muscles are really defined when I flex, but when I don't, it's hardly visisible. I'm 173 lbs, 6'0, 13% body fat so I don't think I'm at the point where the fat is covering all the muscles. I'm been lifting for about 4 months now, how long did it take you guys to see your muscles while being relaxed?
