Wolf by far. Not because I am a fan, but it is obvious.
Who had the worst improvements. Probobaly the top 2 guys from 2006. Ron with his injuries looked worse and the current Mr O. Jay looked worse than last year but managed to still keep the title.Keymaster of platinum accounts

I'd say Wolf or Kai Greene. I'd have to go with Greene though cus last year Wolf finished in the posedown of a show but last year Greene placed REALLY low at the Colorado Pro...then won it this year. Wolf's main improvement was proportions and size. Greene's improvement was almost all on conditioning but it made a huge difference.

lol, yeah I'm going to have to agree with DD's ridiculously over-sized pic there. Wolf has come up leaps and bounds.
Can't WAIT till Heath smokes him when they compete against each other.Novice Athletic Tall winner and Overall Athletic winner

Didn't mean to leave out Freeman, but I think he lost much of his 2007 momentum at the O. Probably holding conditioning all summer hurt him for the O.
I have to give the nod to Kai Greene because he went from nobody to winner. Agree with above post, it's more than conditioning - look at the difference in the quads and delts!
Wolf made great gains but his physique was really overlooked in 2006. Better overall muscle maturity, a little more mass all over, and lats. If he's able to add just a little more for 08 he's there.
JOJ looked great at the O and could have been 7th behind Melvin. I really didn't think he was going to improve much more in his career but he did a really nice job.
Silvio improved while doing almost every 07 show in existence. I don't know how much more mass he can put his frame without spilling over. Needs delts and a 205lb division.

Nah...Ronnie had size and muscularity on Flex, as well as conditioning.
Ray should have won against Yates a few times I'll give you that, but keep in mind that Phil is no manlet.
Wolf is not as muscular as Heath. Sure he's bigger, but he's not as complete.
Heath has MAMMOTH legs....they will dwarf Wolf's.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
