Hey guys, right now I'm cutting and to make it a little easier, I drink a lot of tea throughout the day. Just thought I'd see what brands or flavors people like the most.
Right now I drink a lot of:
Mighty Leaf's Rainforest Mate http://www.mightyleaf.com/searchresu...?CategoryID=52
and
Guayaki's Chai Spice and Traditional Mate.

Both I think are great.
What brands or types do you like the most?

Stash chai green and black organic teas... they're good.
The cafe in my town has its own "Indian Chai" blend that's FANTASTIC, I love it.
And then Ceylon always floats my boat.KARMA; reps for life:

Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.

celestial seasonings in general are great, especially with a little splenda! for a nice change, try the chocolate caramel, I just bought it.
bigelow green tea and earl grey are good too, more of a morning type tea, where the celestial are more of an afterdinner I would say....except one of my favorites by bigelow is also vanilla chaiLast edited by Mango52; 11-29-2007 at 04:41 PM.

whats does green tea do exactly for our bodies... and Early Grey green tea as i sip my cup rite now...
If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it??
You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.
