Tea Recommendations

Hey guys, right now I'm cutting and to make it a little easier, I drink a lot of tea throughout the day. Just thought I'd see what brands or flavors people like the most.

Right now I drink a lot of:

and
Guayaki's Chai Spice and Traditional Mate.

Both I think are great.

What brands or types do you like the most?

Those are yerba mate, not tea.

I like Celestial Seasonings products in general, they help satiate a sweet tooth. Yogi wellness teas are pretty good too.

i love earl grey's regular green tea and lipton's green tea. nothing fancy for me.

Stash chai green and black organic teas... they're good.

The cafe in my town has its own "Indian Chai" blend that's FANTASTIC, I love it.
And then Ceylon always floats my boat.

try the Celestial Seasonings blueberry green tea. Its the best green tea I've found. Got mine on Amazon.

yogi tea makes a really tasty jount comfort tea...good for those overworked joint. They also make a good lemon ginger and breath deep.

celestial seasonings in general are great, especially with a little splenda! for a nice change, try the chocolate caramel, I just bought it.

bigelow green tea and earl grey are good too, more of a morning type tea, where the celestial are more of an afterdinner I would say....except one of my favorites by bigelow is also vanilla chai

Too long have people been negged because of thier opinion on a subject. We are not cat's. Cat's can hate each other on opinion because there animal's. I've heard that green tea boosts your metabolism and increases fat oxidation, but if I'm drinking it regularly is it really going to make much of a difference?

I know you have to drink a LOT of it to get most of the benefits. If that's what you're going for, you're better off taking capsules.

Ah thanks, I drink it for the energy boost and taste mostly but I was just curious how effective the stuff is.

^^ true, but it definitely does help...i know from experience ...drank about 2 cups a day at one point when i was cutting and i think it sped up the process, at least a tiny bit
