    Fatty/Protein foods.

Insulin sensitivity decreases throughout the day, carbs become less and less useful later in the day.

Have some red meat/fish and some colorful veggies (read: no potatoes).

I'm bulking and I still try to keep carbs to a minimum later in the day as it's a good way to keep fat gains down.

I'm about to cook up a chicken breast with some broccoli and cottage cheese.

Then a couple of hours later before i go to bed i've started to follow the trend of cottage cheese and peanut butter..it's pretty damn nice:

That all depends on when you're working out. If you're working out in the evening, make sure to get some good carbs. Otherwise, like SolidSteel suggested, stick to a good protein and fat meal.

Calories in v/s calories out. If you have the room, you can eat potatoes, rice, bread, etc. along with your protein and fat. Not eating after a certain time of day is a ridiculous myth that some woman probably made up.
