Fatty/Protein foods.
Insulin sensitivity decreases throughout the day, carbs become less and less useful later in the day.
Have some red meat/fish and some colorful veggies (read: no potatoes).
I'm bulking and I still try to keep carbs to a minimum later in the day as it's a good way to keep fat gains down.I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor. -- Thoreau
