yea me 2. I'd say your wrists get bigger with forearm work. Just wondering what you consider small wrists mine are 7 inches and I think of them as small.

Your wrists may get a little bigger, but not much. However, when your forearms develop you will have a muscular taper leading to your wrist, and it just makes your forearms look bigger. It's like your waist... A muscular guy with a thin waist looks more developed than a muscular guy with big midsection. Know what I mean?

sorry bad news bro your wrists wont get any bigger, there is generally not much surrounding them, depending on what age you are, but after 18 they will not grow much, same with your ankles

wrists - 6.75 inch

but I got that taper going from my forearm to my wrist, so when I do bicept curls or whatever, my forearms look big

that's the 1 good part about small wrists. my forearms arn't overly big- like 14.3'', but still, they look massive because of my wrists. However, it does make me look kind of odd when i hold my arm down. I mean, it goes 6'' wrist, 14'' forearm, 18'' arm, lol lol.

It's genetics, generally people with small wrists and ankles have small hands too. Or atleast skinny fingers. Work your forearms and hand strength and it'll give you the image of having bigger hands and wrists. Same goes for ankles. Last option would be increasing HGH or testosterone levels.

Im 5'11 I weigh a whopping 135 and my wrists are only 5 inches. Its odd because muscularly I'm very defined, my upper arms are normal but me legs and wrists are small and long. It stands out because I have massive hands attaches to small wrists.

I have like 8.5 - 9 inch wrists..6'5 - 240..wrists and ankles are really big.
