    Coc Grippers???

    i dont know which one to start out with...is there a way to test my crushing strength somehow to know where to start out?? sorry if i posted this in the wrong place but i thought this was a good place

    probably start with the trainer. If your crushing grip is already pretty awsome then maybe the #1.

    Get the trainer, #1, and #2. It shouldn't take long to be able to close both the trainer and the #1. Once you start working on the #2 get the #3. Or go ahead and buy T-3 or T-4.

    haha, the title just sounds funny.

    Start with the trainer and the #1 and work from there. Worse comes to worse resell them on ebay.

    That's when you use it for dynamic thumb work, volume routines, etc. Or maybe you file it off, use it for strapholds, overcrushes, etc. Just because you're strong enough to close a harder gripper doesn't mean it's pointless to own. It can be very beneficial to have a weaker gripper around. Or several.
