One of the best builds on this site, awesome! How long did it take you to build up that chest?
"Alcohol and night swimming... it's a winning combination!".
And the people bowed and prayed to the neon god they made.

And another thing is, whenever someone really fit and good-looking posts pics, there are many haters who just don't stop flaming. If the guy has good size with just a hint of high bf, they say he's fat. If the guy's ripped, they say he's skinny. And so on.
However, with dvv, except 1 or 2 trolls, even this flaming doesn't happen.
Which shows he's really doing something right.

thanx for the compliments motivating as hell
the champ...I started doing alot of incline work, I actually do it before flat bench ....I found that to really help....the range of motion is alot better
bodybuilda.....I havn't been tested in a while so I'm kinda going off guesses.....last summer when I was hydro'd I was 7.4% and 8 pounds lighter.....so I guess i'm "around" high 6's, low 7's

ezkezk.....i don't really do hardcore "cutting/bulking" its just my activity level varies....i do alot more cardio in the fall and spring then I do in the summer and winter, its just I am trying to get back into cardio shape now......otherwise I clean up my diet if my body fat gets around 9%....I really don't like fat...
nurena I never maxed on bench press I usually do 225 for 8-10 reps on my best days....i've been having alot of success with incline press's so I spend most of my energy on chest days there.....next chest day I'll try to max out its about time again and let you know....about 5 months ago I maxed at 265 but could only do 225 like 5 times then, so hopefully my max strength has gone up and just not my endurance
sic, my i',m 5'10/171
I don't follow a really strict diet, I just eat clean as much as possible esp when at home during the day so if I go out at night I don't mind eating crap...i personally believe in training at a very high intensity and eating more..
via, lots of incline work, pushups, etc you have to build it up some then have a low bodyfat, its not gonna get huge overnight....

TVbuster....abs I have actually kinda neglected, sprints frigging work the hell outta them, I made the mistake of doing abs once first then going sprinting, my lowerback was so messed up you don't realize how much your abs do during wind sprints....
I don't like HITT, its impossible to sprint maxed out for much more then 25 seconds IF that....I routine usually runs something like this
half mile ultra light job warmup, 3 min of ballistic stretching (high knee grabs, walking leg pulls, arm swings etc)(nothing slows you down faster then an injury)
then the sprint workout goes like
40 yard dash x 5 (45 sec recovery each sprint)
60 yard dash x 5 (45 sec recovery)
80 yard dash x 3 (1 min recovery)
100 yard dash x 2 (1 min recovery)
220 yard dash x 2 (2 min recovery)
40 yard dash x 5 (45 sec recovery)
half mile slow jog to cool down......i usually just walk back very slowely from each sprint to the start and so the recovery times are kinda approximate I may take longer or shorter depending on how I am feeling....but when you sprint you have to SPRINT, not run hard theres a big difference....I kinda mod each day on what I do but thats a general overview I do a buildup, sometimes I'll throw a 400 in there sometimes more 40's and less other stuff....
