Still, watching him do bent over t-bar rows with the bar against the wall, you get a feel for how strong Ron actually is. Jay is doing 5 or 6 plates and is finding a struggle, which is understandable since it's a fair amount of weight.
But in a photo I posted in the photo gallery, Ron is pictured doing 12 fuggin plates for an entire set! Imagine the friggin strength it takes to do t-bar rows with 550lbs...no straps, just gloves and olympian strength.Last edited by Mortis; 06-21-2005 at 04:49 PM.
