i have just decided to start a log on the Scifit 1500 kre-alkalyn caps because i havnt hardly seen anyone with one and figured it would be a help. ive takin many other types of supplements too includeing almost all the forms of creatine and no2 boosters, so ill be able to give correct evaluation. I've been on the kre-alkalyn for about 9 days now, and the results are already good. The first 4 or 5 days i didnt feel anything. but the last 2 days my strength has increased but most of all my muscles have hardly felt tired the whole time in the weight room. The other day i did biceps and went for 2 hours...i just couldnt stop. will post tonights Tricep workout. ill give pre-measurements tonight too.

I barely made it to the computer to type this. took the weekend off needed rest lifted all week. i havnt done legs forreevverr. ankles injuryes. first day on legs in a while and i was ready. got tired really quit when i got to the leg curls. but i sucked it up and my legs were burning so bad. my calfs felt like they were gonna rip on the toe raises. cant really evalutate the kre-alkalyn on legs cause i have nuttn to compare to. still good endurance though. hope to see some good gains this week on upper body.

Looks good so far, I hope you have positive results from this. I've been taking Prolab Creatine Mono for over three months now and as far as I've noticed whether I take it or not I feel and have results in the gym no different. I live in Canada and the only CEE product I can find is VPX CEX and I don't really want to try it because its very expensive and I've read mostly bad reviews regarding it. The Kre-Alkalyin Caps from SciFit seem much more reasonably priced and more servings per bottle. I just got my wisdom teeth out today so I'm down for a bit but I plan to start a new bulk next week hard and I am strongly considering replacing Prolab Mono with SciFit 1500 in my supp stack. Keep posting your results It'll be very helpful. Keep up the good work buddy.

Dosage
I have been taking 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps before workout...usally with food cause im constantly eating. doesnt say anything about not taking with food so i am. on the website it says that you can try different dosages to see what works best and to save yourself some money by only taking half doses. but im not gonna, im just gonna stick with 2 in mornin and 2 before workout. after lastnights bicep workout im just straight toast. my bi's are killing and i can barely walk, and im lovin every minute of this kre-alkalyn. cant wait for tonights workout. pretty sure im doing shoulders.

Kre-alkalyn yet again proves it effectiveness. Ive was soo tried all day could barely walk around at school. my bi's and legs are killing! my triceps are hurting too cause i worked my bi's so hard. i was about to just take the day off but my parter dragged my butt in the weight room. any other day without KA i would have been toast after about 2 excerises. As soon as i got the blood pumping i was ready and hardly got sore. im used to doing low reps cause i did them for like 3 months straight and just recently bumped back up to 8 reps....when i wasnt on this kre-alkalyn i was soooo tired after about 5 reps and couldnt of ever got 8....im reping out 8 good now. My strength is increasing too before my weight would have dropped dramiticly after the 2 excersice before. kre-alkalyn is showing itself very promising and gives me tons and tons of endurance to want to keep lifting. not sure if im lifting tomrow...i am sooo tired and sore. we'll see how im feeling. im really hoping to see this kre-alkalyn help with post soreness cause im dieng. got some ETS from AtLargeNutrition on the way...suppose to help a bunch...supplement looks promising, cant wait.

Off-Days
I've been taking 4 pills a day every day...not really sure if taking on off day does anything but i dont really care...im just gonna stay on the 4 all the time. i went to the official krealkalyn website and found this....
Question: You guys must really believe in your product. There are not too many companies out there that would tell a customer to use less and save their money. The stuff must work. Can you tell me when it is best to take the tablets? I would like to know for my ON days and my OFF days. Additionally will it make a difference to my cycling. Come summer time, I get very involved in road riding with many rides lasting up to 120 miles +. Had another great workout today. I can’t believe the difference the product seems to be making. I was able to go at maximal effort much longer than my last day on.
Answer: With that said, we have found that most people are using Kre-Alkalyn® in two ways. They either take the entire serving with breakfast...or half the dosage before training, then half after. So far, results seems to be about the same.You see, when it comes to getting maximum results from creatine, consistency is the real key. So as for ON days and Off days, I would keep dosages the same. However, you might try using a standard dosage (1.5-3 grams) for any ON day and then use half that for OFF days. Try keeping the dosages all the same first, then try the "cutting back" method to see if the results still hold
up. If it does, your bottle will last longer, and you can save a few bucks.
Ive also seensome people sayin that they should stack some other from of creatine with kre-alkalyn and this is what the website said...
Question: Since Kre-Alkalyn® uses the monohydrate form of creatine, if I “stacked” it with another type of creatine, would I get even better results?
Answer “Stacking” Kre-Alkalyn® with another "form" of creatine is simply unnecessary. Remember, you cannot force 14 ounces of water into an 8-ounce glass—100% capacity is 100% capacity. In other words, there is a point where your body won’t absorb anymore creatine no matter how much or which form you take, and that also includes Kre-Alkalyn®.
Heres also what it is sayes about mixing kre-alkalyn with other products....
Question: Now I have a question regarding taking your Kre-Alkalyn product with AKG. For example, what if I were to take an NO product along with yours? Do you see any conflicts between the two products? The reason I ask is I know that your product is pH sensitive, and I believe some of these NO
products are too.
Answer:If you do choose to use an NO boosting product with Kre-Alkalyn®, make sure to take your Kre-Alkalyn® dosage about an hour or so before or after the NO dosage. The reason for this is that Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is actually quite acidic. Therefore, if Kre-Alkalyn® is buffering your stomach acids, we don't want the two compounds to compete with each other. And since they do use pH delivery systems, it could cause a slight conflict. Overall, I wouldn't be too concerned about it though. The simple thing is to try a little experiment and see if you notice any dramatic differences when using them closer or further apart.

Awsome chest day. For some reason i was straight ticked all day and really ticked off before the workout...its almost like the kre-alkalyn is raisin my test. its weird. anyways figured today wouldnt be very good, had to leave school to go home and get my flonase for allergies and i didnt feel good hardly all day and before my workout. figured the workout would suck but turned out to be one of the most hardest workouts ive ever done. you could of sworn i just got done runnin 5 miles, i was soaked in sweat. the box pushups and partner pushups straight tore me up! i was yelling and screaming...pushed to the very limit. never had this much energy or drive to lift other than when i got on andro for like a week and half. kre-alkalyn is definatly worth the $$.

Kre-Alkalyn
I've recently decided to get off Kre-Alkalyn and try some new stuff. I was on Kre-Alkalyn for around 20 some days.
Final Thoughts:
Endurance.........1-10 = 9 1/2
Strength...........1-10 = 4
Size.................1-10 = 3 (wasnt on it long enough to prolly see much size change)
I would definatly use this product if i was involved in sports or physical exersice daily or was was cutting fat. But im looking for something that gives me more strength than endurance. I'm out of school and when i work its with my dad and usally isnt tough. i dont run..and i do alot of lifting and eating. id give it a 8 out of 10 out of all the supps ive tried. Swole V2 is #1
