I was just skimming through a Men's Fitness magazine and noticed nitro-tech hardcore..looked down a bit.. "gain up to 8.4 lbs. of lean muscle mass in just 14 days" ..Thats obviously not possible..so what gives? And if you know of any other supplements that make outrageous remarks post em up! (p.s. im assuming they put some b/s like individual results may vary?)

Supplement companies aren't patrolled as tightly by the FDA so they can get away with it more easily. I agree though, some claims are borderline ridiculous.

Well its possible one person has gained said weight from using Nitrotech and us such they can put it there. Anyway their products WORK! I've just started using Nitrotech and my lifting gains have gone up 10 pounds instantly on things such as curls, dumbbell chest press, and rows. For all those who bash before they try, or "try" without using effort on purpose to say "Oh I used it and it didn't do what I liked." I actually can't go on because I don't want to insult anyone.
So you lift, then you eat, and then you sleep. What part of that is so damn hard!?

It's true...it say up to that amount. What they do is have lots of people (including pro athletes) take the supplement for a given amount of time and whoever got the best results is the one that they will use for their numbers like that. Of course it's not pure muscle, probably just lean tissue, which means muscle, water, and glycogen.
yeah that's pretty much what happens
