Will this Cutting diet work for me?

After doing reserch here's what I came up with and doing all this week.

    Meal 1 6:30am
    1 Cup Oats
    3 Egg whites
    1 Apple

    Meal 2 830-930
    1 Can Tuna
    1 Cup Brown Rice

    Meal 3 1130-1230
    6-8oz Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 Apple

    Meal 4 PWO
    1 Scoop On Whey

    Meal 5 530-630
    6-8oz Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 Cup Brown Rice

    Meal 6 830-930
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1 Scoop Casein Protein

    That is a total of
    2070 Cal
    232g P 48%
    229g C 40%
    25g F 12%

Do my split seem ok. Or am I to much or not enough on certain things. I thought my fat contain could be lower since I am 23% BF.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

I'd take away either the casein or the cottage cheese from your last meal and add it to your first meal. You don't need monstrous amounts of protein like that before bed, but it would be great in the morning. Also, you need to add some EFA's- maybe a Tbsp or 2 of PB in your last meal. Other than that, the diet looks great. There's no way of knowing whether or not it will work for you or not unless you try it and see, though. If you don't lose any weight in 2 weeks, lower the calories by 100. Keep doing this every time you plateau. Good Luck!
On top of my game, and it don't stop til my hip don't hop anymore.

i would take the cottage cheese out on cutting but i would keep the casien in. Your diet seems o.k. Like blusilver said add some EFA by taking the liquid or even taken the tablets. You might want to add some nuts into your diet. It will boost your fat up, but nut fat is good for you so i wouldnt worry about it. I would also chuck the apple and add a few more eggs for protien. For every 3 egg whites you should have 1 yolk. Dont forget a multivitamin either.
