    No escuses to not do dips if you have a power rack (pics)

    Just lay two barbells laid across the spot bars. You can put something to space them if you need it narrower. I'm fine though with the width of my powerline rack.

    And if you say you can't do weighted dips because you don't have the special belt, you can use a normal belt as well. Just use a dumbell.

    For some reason I have 4 barbells

    My favorite is rusty and made back in the 70's. It was my dads old one. Perfectly round and the ends spin very smoothly after I greased them.

    The width is adjustable, you just roll one barbell inwards or outwards-your weight keeps it from moving in my experience.
