    Lagging shoulders and triceps

My shoulders are lagging and also my triceps, so what routine is the best?
    This is my current routine:
    Monday: Chest, triceps
    Thuesday: Rest
    Wednesday:Back, biceps
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: forearms and shoulders.

What should I change to train them harder? Maybe this:
    Monday: Chest, abs
    Thuesday: Rest
    Wednesday: Back, biceps
    Thursday: legs
    Friday: Shoulders, forearms and Triceps.

    Tips are welcome!

Don't do your presses on the smith machine. Try using dumbbells, you have more range of motion and it forces your body to use stabilizer muscles. Are you doing any workout for triceps?

Take out the kickbacks and pressdowns and replace them with close-grip benchpress, it's a much better mass builder.

    Triceps new routine:
    exersice: sets: reps:
    dips 3 8
close grip bench press 3 8-10
    skullcrushers 3 10
    pressdowns 3 10

Is this routine ok now? I train my triceps once a week. My diet is in check, my supplements are: nitrous, creatine and whey
Is the order that I'm doing them important?

if you're training triceps after chest you are doing too much... do just 2 sets of each exercice or take on exercice off. the order is not too important. its fine. starting with compound finishing with isolation.

yeah... 8 sets for triceps is more than enough ! right before a chest workout where your triceps were pre-fatiged doing more than 9 sets is conterprodutive! keep it up
