    what to eat late at night if cutting?

    I'm cutting and its 10:25 pm but I'm starving, I'm not going to be real soon, what could I eat that is not going to harm me terribly.

    A P/F combo would be optimal IMO. Cottage cheese/PB would work nicely. Maybe add a fibrous carb in there.

    any whole food protein .. chicken.. eggs.. tuna.. cottage cheese.. some milk

    and a good fat source... peanut butter, healthy oils, almonds

    don't have CC try the following,

    Option one:

    Scoop of Protien powder with 3/4 c to 1/ egg whites and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix it all up and make pancakes in non stick pan

    Option two:

    Take a portion of grilled chicken breast, slice it open like you bread and spread tbls or 2 of PB (chucnky is better)....like a sandwich but no bread, and wierd as it sounds tast pretty damn good

    Option Three:

    Sugar free jello with tbl of PB or chopped nuts

    Option Four:

    Egg white omlette with olive oil

    Option five:

    can of tuna with olive oil or make it with mustard instead with som ground corriander and lemon and vinager

    I persoanlly stay away from nuts on a cut, but everyone's body reacts differently.

    That should give you some ideas
