Scoop of Protien powder with 3/4 c to 1/ egg whites and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix it all up and make pancakes in non stick pan
Option two:
Take a portion of grilled chicken breast, slice it open like you bread and spread tbls or 2 of PB (chucnky is better)....like a sandwich but no bread, and wierd as it sounds tast pretty damn good
Option Three:
Sugar free jello with tbl of PB or chopped nuts
Option Four:
Egg white omlette with olive oil
Option five:
can of tuna with olive oil or make it with mustard instead with som ground corriander and lemon and vinager
I persoanlly stay away from nuts on a cut, but everyone's body reacts differently.
