    Question Rate My Workout

    Here is the workout I have been doing for the past month. I'm just wondering if it's good.

    Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Back

    Day 2: Biceps Triceps, Forearms

    Day 3: Legs (Quads, Hams, Calfs)

    Day 4: Off Day

    Repeat...

    There are so man different possibilities. Arnolds routine is similar to yours with chest and back on same day.

    Fo the majority of teens, most should do an Upper/Lower Body routine...
    Stubborn as much of us are do alot of isolation excercises. So alot of people do

    Chest/Triceps
    off
    Back/Bi's
    Legs
    Sholders/Traps


    Or something similar

    looks like you're doing a lot of work on those days, I would worry about not having enough energy or focus to push through chest, shoulders, and back (but that's just me). How many sets of each are you doing?

    If you're going to do a 3 day split I would suggest:
    Day1: Push (chest, Delts, tris)
    Day2: Legs
    Day3: Pull (Back, Bis, Traps)
    Day4: off

    Your arm day looks way easier than the other two days - you might as well balance it out.

    Agreed, depends on his sets though if he's doing some kind of HIT or HST routine might as well do full body 3 times a week
