Here is the workout I have been doing for the past month. I'm just wondering if it's good.
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Back
Day 2: Biceps Triceps, Forearms
Day 3: Legs (Quads, Hams, Calfs)
Day 4: Off Day
Repeat...

There are so man different possibilities. Arnolds routine is similar to yours with chest and back on same day.
Fo the majority of teens, most should do an Upper/Lower Body routine...
Stubborn as much of us are do alot of isolation excercises. So alot of people do
Chest/Triceps
off
Back/Bi's
Legs
Sholders/Traps
Or something similar█♣█
