I like doing the skull crusher, although the one I feel the most is the bench dip, followed by close grip bench press. Above the head dumbell triceps extensions are also in my 'like' list, ensuring that I do, at least, one one-hand exercise per workout.
I don't smile much. It doesn't mean I want to kill you though.
