What are teh absolute best things for muscle recovery? Especially for me being that I work out 6 times a week and
hit each muscle 3-4 times a week in addition to 45-60 minutes of cardio 6 times a week. Currently I'm taking
animal pack and AEX NO Pump pre workout.

First off. If you are hitting each group 3-4 times a week you are overtraining your muscles big time. But for muscles recovery a good whey protein is essential. I use ON whey because it has added glutamine and BCAAS per scoop for een better recovery.

Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil, Creatine, Whey Protein, BCAAs are the 5 staple supplements you should be taking.
BUT, if you're hitting each muscle group 4-5 times a week and doing 6 days of cardio... no supplement will allow you to recover enough to grow. You are severely overtraining. (Unless your workouts are very low intensity and you do a small volume)
If you still want to do that much training then maybe you should look into the steroid section of this forum.

I agree stick with the basics. Don't overtrain and it is quite remarkable the different positive things one an get from omega 3 supplementation

Honestly man if you are going to failure on every set pretty much when you are working out you should be hitting each muscle group maximum twice a week....i hit them once....lift 3 days cardio 2 2 off........seein nice gains and fat loss.....Remember more isnt always better.....

Muscle Recovery and Endurance- Rhodiola 110
So, I have done my own time for research and this is by far the best product. ALL NATURAL. I see a difference during my workout and afterwards. Additionally, I take it when I need to focus on a project at work or school. It offers a natural source of caffeine without having to drink coffee or tea.
If you email me, I can give you the information on the product
Truly, its the best. Rhodiola 110 is the product but I can get it at a discount!

Holy 7 year necro...
And no, ECA won't help with recovery. Food, water, and rest helps with recovery. Sleep is a major component, so we need to make sure we're getting quality sleep - the darkest room possible without too many distractions such as standby lights, music, TV, and the like. Try for natural sleep without being knocked from drugs. This should help tremendously.† Jesus Christ all day †
