Gatorade+Creatine Mono

I've read that gatorade plus bulk monohydrate is a good combination. Has anyone done this?

it depends, it is doable sure, but powdered gatorade is much better than liquid gatorade (HFCS vs dextrose).

I mix my mono with powdered grape gatorage and I find that it works really well....totally masks the taste. I only use gatorade and mono on my non-lifting days, lifting days I take Animal Pump. My off days are usually cardio, so I'll have my mono right after that and I get the benefit of the carbs in the gatorade.

Crystal light lemonade packets, it masks the taste completely

I tend to always drop 5 grams in my during workout poweraid along with 5 grams of Glutamine.

They come in packets that mix with either 16.9 or 20 ounces or water, then add whatever the dose of CEE is and drink during your workout.
