Arrow what to eat for breakfast

what foods do you guys eat for a good source of protein for breakfast? Cause im clueless in terms of what to eat for breakfast other than a protien shake. WHat i usually eat is yogourt, bagel topped with peanut butter, cottage cheese, and scrambled eggs.

My protien intake comes from 4-5 Whole eggs. That also takes care of the fat intake for that meal.

My carbs come from 1cup of oatmeal.

I usually eat a protein bar in the morning. I go to the gym in the mornings and don't ever really feel like preparing stuff right when I wake up.

And that's why you're 143 lbs. No offense. Need to take advantage of your breakfasts and eat BIG. If I'm not lifting right after, I usually have 5 whole eggs with 3-4 oz. lean beef and a little shredded cheese on top (no carbs in this meal). If I'm training in an hour, I have a shake of whey isolate, one cup oats, handful of berries and some egg whites.

are two peices of either waffles and pancakes bad for breakfast? i sometimes eat them with blue berries, cuts of strawberries, and drizzle a lil syrup. I always skip the butter. I dont just eat them by them selves, i always follow it up with whey and/or cottage cheese.

save cottage cheese for at night its a good caesin.. dont have it first thing in the morning.. go with some eggs or a whey shake IMO

I just started bulking. I was 139.5 last week. These protein bars contain 32 grams of carbs and 32 of protein as well. Is that not enough?

do a search on protein bars. i remember reading something about the protein in protein bars being pretty useless. best to get your protein from food first, then supps.

Hello, I'm starting to bulk so I need over 3,000 calories per day.

Is this breakfast too much calories for one sitting?

3 scrambled eggs (whole) with turkey ham
    Quaker Oatmeal with full milk
    Banana

This would be around 750-800 calories
