My protien intake comes from 4-5 Whole eggs. That also takes care of the fat intake for that meal.
My carbs come from 1cup of oatmeal. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

And that's why you're 143 lbs. No offense. Need to take advantage of your breakfasts and eat BIG. If I'm not lifting right after, I usually have 5 whole eggs with 3-4 oz. lean beef and a little shredded cheese on top (no carbs in this meal). If I'm training in an hour, I have a shake of whey isolate, one cup oats, handful of berries and some egg whites.

are two peices of either waffles and pancakes bad for breakfast? i sometimes eat them with blue berries, cuts of strawberries, and drizzle a lil syrup. I always skip the butter. I dont just eat them by them selves, i always follow it up with whey and/or cottage cheese.

i would go with 2 whole wheat pancakes, 1 scoop of whey with water, and some blueberries and strawberries.. skip the syrup.. who needs that crap
soudns good tho! a nice alternative.. if u dont want they whey go with some eggs
save cottage cheese for at night its a good caesin.. dont have it first thing in the morning.. go with some eggs or a whey shake IMO
