    Thermolife E-Bol Double-Dose log

    I'll be embarking on roughly 3 weeks of double-dosed E-bol starting tomorrow. Please note that I used around 1/2 a bottle of e-bol already during my N-cinerate transformation. I used that the previous 7 days, so during this log effects should be very evident as the ecdysterones have had a chance to accumalate in my system.

    After 7 days of double dosing e-bol I have noticed:
    -Increased vascularity
    -Reduced perceptions of stress

    thats it though. Hopefully more will be noticed.
    Please note that this log is UNSPONSORED
    Here are initial measurements:
    Weight: 198
    Bodyfat:~%10-11
    Waist: 30.75
    Right (and left) arm:14.75

    Goals for the next 3 weeks:
    -Keep weight above 190
    -Reduce bodyfat to sub-%10
    -Keep arms at 14.75 (I use this and have in the past as a reliable measurement of overall muscle mass retention)
    -Improve strength

    Current Diet Routine: Posted daily but it is roughly 250-350 grams protein per day, 40-80grams carbohydrate, 40-80 grams fat

    Current Training: Split like this
    Day1:Chest/tri/shoulders/traps
    Day2:Back/bi's
    Day3:Legs
    Rest days are taken as needed
    My rep scheme is kind of a bastardized Doggcrapp training, i.e. low reps (4-8) 60-120second rest periods (monitored) 8-12 sets for main muscle groups, 3-8 for smaller groups, restpause reps (go to failure, rest, pound out 1-3 more reps after 10-20 seconds of rest) are utilized for about %50 of sets.

    Current Supplementation:
    Creatine Monohydrate 5 grams x 1-3 servings a day
    Beta-alanine 2 grams x 1-3 servings a day
    Scivation Xtend (BCAA's) taken as often as I can

    many people (including myself) observed substantial effects on muscle fullness and muscular performance not before the second week.

    and people have not megadosed it because of the cost and in order to prevent sedation that supposedly comes (in some people) from the very high rosavin content of the rhodiola extract.

    It's really not that cost-prohibitive when you think about it (but I know what you're saying.)
    For instance, consider a 30-day MassFX/Hyperdrol2 cycle, that would run you about 90, this will run you about 70 if you know where to buy the E-Bol.

    this should be cool. I've just started a log with ebol myself. I am using it in a recomp/cut to help maintain mass and strength. Only on day 3 and not feeling/seeing anything yet really. Maybe a little vascularity increase, but it could be my imagination.

    Ecdy's effects in terms of increasing muscle density is nice, but it is not permanent. If you are going to do a show, this is definitely a product I would use.

    Sorry I did not. I will tell you though that it must have kept cortisol and stress levels down as I was a lot more chill on it then not, even more so than single dose.

    still nothing noticeable, although I had good pumps tonight, e-bol is very good at giving a feeling of 'deep pumps' good god that is a gay phrase

    tried 1/3rd of my RPM sample tonight (4 capsules.) look at my past log for strength increases from this, but it was noticeable. In addition, I did have a sort of alpha male feeling tonight, but that could very well have been placebo, or the fact that i am the alpha male!!!!111111

    yeah i havent really noticed any lethargy, but then again im fairly motivated, plus its summer and i get alot of rest anyways, so many i am being lethargic and just not noticing it, but no lethargy doesnt seem to be a problem

    hunger has died down a little bit. it may just have been that the cardio I added in had increased it, and now my body is used to the cardio so no extra hunger now? who the hell knows. im honestly not noticing too much more musculad density or veiny-ness than usual. i do feel like i have a lot better endurance in the gym tho, but thats probably placebo.

    hunger, especially protein, is back up again. noticed my in-gym endurance is significantly improved. my rest periods for all exercises (this includes all workouts for the past 2 weeks) is <75 seconds. my strength has increased on most exercises even while dieting and with these shortened rest periods. looking better in the mirror, albeit i have noticed no real improvement in hardness, but i havent been looking for it. good pump in legs again. waking up in the middle of the night hungry+dry mouth the past couple days. about 1 week worth of e-bol left, ill post pictures (comparisons from 30days prior to e-bol cessation) and measurements (same comparison timeframe)
