First of all I would like to thank the generous people over at **** for giving me opportunity to log the Evo stack with the addition of Pro-anabol.

I train each bodypart 2x per week.
I have used many different muscle group breakdowns and I have noticed that my muscles seem to recover within two full days after I work out that body part. From January 2006 until now I have went from 128 to 175 using this training protocol.

Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday Shoulders / Traps / Bis / Tris
Thursday: Chest / Back

Sunday: 20 mins Cardio / abs / Calves

Meal 4: 1 Turkey Sandwich, 1 Scoop whey protein
Meal 5: Random dinner at girlfriends house (usually meat, carb, vegetable)
Meal 6: 1 Scoop whey Protein
Meal 7: 1 Piece Teriyaki Grilled Chicken w/ brown rice
Meal 8: (right before bed) 2 Scoops Muscle Milk in water

Shoulders / Traps / Bis / Tris
Starting Weight 170 lbs
Today I did:
3 exercises x 4 sets for shoulders
1 exercise x 6 sets for traps
4 Exercises x 4 sets for Bis
4 Exercises x 4 sets for Tris
Had a great workout today. Motivation was way up, probably just the placebo effect. I did normal weight, no real weight increases to report just yet.

DAY 2
20 Mins of Cardio / Abs / Calves
Weight 170 lbs
Today I did:
20 Minutes of Cardio =
3 exercises x 3ets for ABS
2 exercise x 6 sets for Calves
Sunday is a very quick workout, it went really quickly and I noticed I was sweating more than usual.
Notes: Felt energized all day, no legarthy. Looking foward to tomorrow, Chest / Back.

Notes: Today I felt a little lethargic. Not much motivation in the gym. I was yawing a LOT. However, I still got a great workout in and an enormous pump.

Notes: Today I reached a new personal best on dumbell flat bench. My last set max previous to this was 85lb for 8 reps. Today I went all the way up to 105lb dumbells for 5 reps!!!!!!!!! JW ROCKS!!
