I am an lineman on a all womens football team, we recently just finished our season(lost in the playoffs) the season runs from April-june and we begin practicing in Nov. Right now I'm 5'9 and about 210lbs i would like to drop another 25-30lbs and i know I need to work in the weight room. I really don't know to begin. I would also like to work on my speed. So here is a summary of my goals:
Weight: - 25-30lbs
strength: increase
speed: increase
any help would be appreciated
