    Is anybody having trouble Gaining weight?

    The last few months I cant gain weight at all, I stoped gaining a few months ago around 180, and I'm starting to go back down i've lost 8 pounds, Probaly Cause I'm hitting the Bikes and running, and my body fat is way down witch is probaly a good thing ,But I look smaller is their any weight gainers anybody knows about? Or should I start eating Fat Foods too get back up to my normal weight? I'm trying to gain weight not loose it.

    I had a little trouble after my newbie gains expired. I gained about 20 pounds starting out. For a couple weeks, i couldnt gain anything, but as soon as i got my diet in line, and my routine, i started to gain a little more. One tip is to not count protein. Always eat high protein foods, and be sure your getting roughly around 1-1.5 grams per pound. You need to be counting calories. And make sure you are getting about 500 more calories than normal.

    EAT MORE, and no no fat foods, keep your protein high and your carbs high and your fat at 20-30%
