I've decided to post this here, both because there isn't another proper place, but also because I've always considered sleep part of nutrition.
I'm in a situation where I cannot get the type of rest I would like now. At best I can get 8 hours on good days and there'll be a few days every week where I'll only get 6 hours.
It is having an effect on my workouts, yesterday I was doing back and I could barely do any good deadlifts.
My diet has been VERY good over the past few weeks. Taking Testris in the morning helps pep me up a bit. I am also taking tons of Glutamine to help my recovery as much as possible. Is there any other supplement or food I can incorporate to help me make up for the lack of sleep?

hmm, my life is maddd busy and i dont sleep much, however; i do get about 7 hours a night in sleep, but find short "speed" naps to help out pretty well. If u've taken zma, it usually helps u feel like u've gotten a good night sleep, but again FEELS
Even if I stuttered, i would still sh-sh-sh-**** on you!

I am taking ZMA before I go to sleep. The main change I have seen is it makes my libido go through the roof. I take glutamine both morning and night and I have never felt it has interfered with my sleep. Just in case I'll start taking it post workout (5-6pm).
Do i need more antioxidants if I am not sleeping enough?
