I remember him from WSM about 4-5 years ago, I think. He was an American, I believe he was billed at 400 lbs. Built like a tank. He wasn't that good of an all-round strongman, though, and therefore didn't win. I also remember that he was shaved bald. Who am I thinking of? I just have a picture of him in my mind.
