    Opinion on these bagels? (link inside)

    I was going to start a clean bulk in a few months and I have begun planning already. I found these bagels online and they seem really good and made of wholesome ingredients. What are your opinions on these? Also, would I be correct in assuming these are low-GI? Thanks.

    yes i would say there low gi as there a good source of fibre and efa which well slow digestion causing insulin not to be released as fast .

    although they dont appear to bad nutritionally, I would advise to steer clear of bagels any way you slice it....

    I'm curious why you think this is so. I would think that if the bagel were made of wholesome, natural ingredients and were low on the GI scale, it would be ok. What is your reasoning?
