I actually like Mondays srs
I like what I do for work, I love the people I get to work with. It’s an entire new week of gym training to look forward to, my eating doesn’t get thrown off like with weekend plans, it’s pretty great srs. Weekends get exhausting because there’s always something going on, and if I don’t go I get FOMO. But Mondays and the rest of the weekdays are very chill everyone is just wageslavjng. Anyone else?

No. The literal opposite. Mondays are miserable AF for me. I hate my job and despise the people I work with. During the week I feel depressed, trapped, exhausted and my diet/training gets thrown off because of it. All I do is wake up in a zombified state, force feed, fight traffic, rot at that piece of chit cubicle, drive home angry and stressed, collapse onto the couch and basically fall asleep too mentally fried to even think.
On weekends I am energized, active and social. I go hard in the gym, eat right, get tons of fresh air, I am productive around the house, life is beautiful for those two short days where I feel like the man I was meant to be. I feel free.

Monday is like any other day for me. I woke up at 8am. I'll get to the office at about 10am or so, no stress.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Monday is my favorite day for the gym, it's gonna be packed. I just need my spot and more than 20 people (they told me) actively save my spot for me. Flow like water, good vibes, high

Howdy GD....
Hmmm....sorry to hear that, especially since we work away 1/3 of our short lives.
No options available to move on to something far less "miserable"?
I feel very lucky to be living long enough to experience actual retirement.

Dude you need to wake tf up and realize you only have one life this is not a trial run. Your life is defined by your days and if you’re that miserable a majority of time you need to make DRASTIC change like your life depends on it (because it does). Nobody is gonna hold your hand through it, you carve your own way like a man. I believe in u srs
