Centenarians who live to 100 years old in good condition with great memory tend to have lower levels of glucose, creatinine and uric acid from their sixties onwards.

Breathing more air just to breathe more air is such a strange goal all of humanity seems to have.
The second you start needing a bunch of medical support to keep going and are unable to do physical activities like a basic workout lifting and cardio you are basically non-functional and should end it.

Ive heard about Moringa what type of plant is that can you eat the plant or do you have to take it in powder form, I dont trust powder supps much because you dont know the quality and many come from china. I remember a story about herbs sold at GNC and walmart that came from China but were packaged here in the USA containing lead, arsenic and a common house plant instead of the herb that was on the bottle.
Strong Kidneys are the key to longevity, you have to make sure from a young age you are not eating stuff that can damage your kidneys in the long term.

Nice Ill check that out, do you take Moringa? Is it safe like side effects wise? What type of difference did you see
I saw this on Moringa
Some traditional remedies recommend taking moringa to prevent kidney stones. Laboratory tests have found evidence that moringa extracts may stop minerals from building up and causing stones in the kidneys.

Centenarians are not taking 'supplements' to extend their life. And despite what articles claim, there is no specific 'diet' that's doing it for them.
Based on observations from the Centenarians in my family and in my Gf's family. They have a few things in common:
-They are active and outdoorsy. They do not lead sedentary lives/stay indoors.
-They are slim/lean. And have been that way their entire lives.
-They don't follow any specific 'healthy' diet. None of the ones in my family have bothered eating 'organic' or taking any kind of a vitamin. Ever.
-They eat small quantities of food. Just have small appetites in general.
-Low stress lives. Don't drink alcohol. Don't smoke cigs. Don't use drugs.
-They do not take any kind of 'supplements' and have never taken any kind of supplement or health promoting product.
My GF's family are Asian and mine are Southern Americans. As different as can be 'diet'/nutrition wise. The family members (on both sides) that smoke/drink a lot tend to die anywhere from 60-75. The one's that don't and who match the above listed things 90-100s in a fairly healthy manner. As in in their 80s-90s still able to tend to their gardens. Mow their lawn. Clean their homes. Drive/run errands. Etc.
I've also stumbled across interviews from older Americans in the late 1800s/early 1900s that were in their 90s/at 100. And when they were asked how they lived so long. They almost exclusively attributed it to being 'light eating' and being slim/light-weight. And these were just regular people over 100 years ago.
If you are genuinely interested in living a long/healthy life. The best thing you can do is consume food/drink in moderation. And drop your body-weight as light as possible. Likely being sub 140lbs... Having as much muscle mass/strength as possible while being lean/light. Being active/outdoorsy on a daily basis as well.

A lot of the new research coming out seems to show the benefits of fasting is exaggerated. Fasting is just an easier way to reduce your calories for the day. Aside from having some centenarians in my family. My sister lives in a place with a lot of them. As in they have athletic events where she lives for people 100 on up only. And crowds show up to compete.
They aren't doing anything crazy or special. They are just active. Outdoors often. Lean/light-weight. And keep daily caloric intake low.
No specific trends in terms of diet, fasting, supplements, etc. Anyone trying to sell people on any of that is full of ****. Once you know/talk to large amounts of people that are a healthy/active 100 years old. You realize the things I mentioned are pretty much all they have in common with each other.
These people are not fasting, doing cold plunges, taking a ****load of supplements, nor are they all following any kind of specific diet. Anyone trying to sell you on that **** is lying/full of it. They all just live normal lives and eat relatively normal diets.

There is no secret to longevity. It’s all bullchit. These centenarians hit 100 because of genetics and luck. There have been centenarians throughout all of documented history, long before humans understood nutrition, back when exposure to toxins were prevalent and life was extraordinarily difficult.
You can improve your diet, get enough sleep, exercise, reduce stress and take supplements to maximize your quality of life, but it’s unlikely you’re going to have a major effect on how long you actually live.

When you say Genetics you are speaking of those who do not eat healthy and can eat bad and smoke and live to 100, but Actually there is truth to diet and lifestyle, Kidney health is important
Also the skipping breakfast is the biggest mistake, Breakfast and Dinner is the most important, you can skip lunch and let your stomach rest, but breakfast is very important.
There is a place in California called Loma Linda, and it is home to a 7th day adventist Christian community where many of the elderly are sharp, good memory, healthy, and happy and live to their 90s and early 100s
Its one of the blue zones
According to Klinger, the Loma Linda Blue Zone diet is mainly lacto-ovo vegetarian, which includes beans, legumes, nuts and an abundance of fruits and vegetables, more water intake, no smoking, no alcoholic beverages, no caffeinated drinks, no pork and no shellfish and a day of rest on the Sabbath.
