Idk, my office is right outside the break room at my job, so I see them come and go. Food wise. Usually like:
A breakfast sandwich of sorts
Fast food or left overs or frozen meal for lunch
Snack around 3(popcorn is super popular)
Then whatever they have for dinner. I’d guess 1200ish then whatever they have for dinner. Honestly, they drink a ton of calories, that they don’t account for(nor did I) so I’d say food probably close to 2200. Then like 1k for drinks.
Orrr
1000 in Starbucks and like 400 for dinner. Really not a lot of balance.Proof Angels exist: OzleyASMR

Women of all ages have abysmal diets.
Most of their calories come from liquids which they seem to not count so they get fatter and unhealthier and cant figure out why."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
