    Bruised ribs

    Anyone ever had bruised or fractured ribs. Freaking suck, can't workout, can't lay down without sharp pain. Feeling better one day and then I sneeze or a cough and bam start hurting bad all over again.

    I almost feel constantly ill because I can't do sh**.
