That takes more grooming and effort than just letting your hair grow. That is female behavior. I don't let my hair grow that long, when it gets to below shoulder length, I grab all my hair, front and back and just cut it off myself. If you are not doing like that or just buzz cutting your hair yourself, no, just no.
