For example, witnesses already stated Biden was wondering around the WH late at night, not even dressed appropriately. He was clearly out of it. This is commonly referred to as “sundowners”, and is a sign of cognitive decline as a result of dementia. When someone reaches this point, they are no longer capable of making decisions.

As already pointed out, the FBI stated he wasn’t mentally competent enough to stand trial, which is clearly beyond the point of being competent enough to hold the position of POTUS.

So all of these witnesses and agents recognizing his cognitive decline, but the doctor reports “Healthy as a horse and mentally competent”? That’s treachery, especially for a physician whose responsible for the welfare of the nation is a secondary factor.

Did you know it was unconstitutional and illegal to pass policies specifically to target a particular group? But if the standards are equal across all groups and individuals, it’s legal.

So yes, our government has been violating the constitution, with the help of the courts, for decades. Getting rid of voter ID laws to benefit one particular group is unconstitutional.

What is racist is trying to disenfranchise the black voter. It's not the price of the ID really and we don't believe blacks are too poor and stupid. It's really the practical barriers to getting an ID. If you lose a few documents you can get trapped in a cycle making it impossible for you to get one even if you have the time and inclination. Like if you have no passport or birth certificate to get an ID, you can try to get passport but then need birth certificate or ID.

If you've just happened to lose key documents it can become impossible. You're more likely to lose these if you're homeless or moved a few places. It's actually not a financial matter but more the practical consequences that come with poverty.

If these aren't voter suppression laws, then why do red states keep passing them? Georgia elected two black Senators and the Republican legislature couldn't pass their voter suppression law fast enough.
