Did it in my early 30s. Already had my one and only child and knew that I didn't want more (was not going to have children from more than one woman and I liked being able to not have to split things like attention or inheritance to multiple kids).

Dr said many times "Are you sure? You are still young." Did it while actually in a relationship and had sex 2 days afterwards, we just took it a little slow. Little bit of a lower upset stomach time pain the first day, nothing really bad at all though. Had on Friday and went to work on Monday like nothing happened. Went back later and checked, all good.

Eventually broke up with that girl and then the fun began. The weight of it always being in the back of your mind that you can get any sloot pregnant and how horribly that could affect your future was completely gone. As a few mentioned, so many girls can't be trusted with BC, even if they aren't trying to trap you. Many are super inconsistent about taking them, even though they can't make it any easier (take a pill when you wake up). There is no way to trust them in something that important.

The topic usually comes up when their pants come off. I say that I've been "snipped" and they light up and are happy. They say that they are glad that they don't have to worry about a condom. A few have been sad, as they again said that they wanted my baby inside of them. The HVM thing does not just mean rich or famous guys, its more the way that a woman perceives you. Its more biological in this area. It means that instinctively they see you as a superior donor for their offspring. Many girls throughout the years said that they wanted me to give them a baby, even no strings attached. These were many times girls that I either just met or hardly knew. Their biological urge to procreate and for these offspring to have good genes is hardwired into them.

Not really painful. Just sore for about a day. Have 2 bags of frozen peas on rotation and park yourself in front of the TV.

My urologist told me, "I've never had a patient have sex the first night. Don't be the first." So I waited until the second night.

Pain was no big deal but you have to take it easy for a couple of days. I also made the mistake of having sex after five days which was earlier than they recommended and it was super painful.

Did it about 5 months ago. I’m 38, 2 kiddos and married. Don’t want anymore, was hesitant at first, but didn’t want to worry about more kids, wife is 29.

Constant icing and chill for a few days. The worst isn’t that bad and lasts a couple days, basically like a dull ache to the balls.

I can't imagine the anxiety and terror that would accompany being awake while someone literally cuts your balls open. I'm uncomfortably shifting in my chair as I even think about it. They'd basically have to give me a bit of heroin to manage that schit.

Literally just had mine two days ago. Very little pain. Did the bag of peas thing, took a little tylenol but not much. That was it. I go commando all day every day but wearing a jock strap after is key so your bag isn't swinging every which way.
