Why do people try and glamorize living in cities?

Nothing worse than these rich white people who glamorize living in a city.

These are the same rich people who rent an appt in NYC, then on weekends leave to their beach home in nj or go to the hamptons. Deep down they actually hate it.

Can you imagine paying 6k in rent and stepping outside to see a bunch of bums sitting outside and a bunch of dindus congregating at the corner and fearing for your life everyday? Taking the subway and not knowing if some dindu is finna stab you or mug you? Brutual.

City people are easily the biggest sheep of any orher people. Theyre are the definition of trend followers. They are so influenced by social media. Theyre the biggest consumers.

They delude themselves into believing living in a city is a sign theyve "made it" , but are always miserable fuks. They overpay for overpriced restaurants, overpriced bars to try and cope with this fact. Thats why so many citycels are addicts.

Im pretty sure hollywood has also glamorized living in a city. You know how many young 20s move their thinking theyre some main character in a movie meanwhile theyre just some stupid ugly white grl no one cares about? Im sure its such a humbling thing. When your born in a rich town, grew up wealthy and popular in hs then move into a huge city and your now just some ugly white girl whos a peice of pussy at a bar. Brutual.

I live here in nj/nyc. I know them very well. They leave for long island or the hamptons or the jersey shore (they have another beach home).

So yes if you spend 6k in rent and decided to leave it for the weekend all the time you hateiving there.

I spent 10 years living in cities after college mainly Houston and dc. Bought a farm in the mountains in Utah 3 years ago, I can’t imagine life being any better. Anytime I have to go to the city, usually Slc, I seriously consider if it’s better to rope or go. Just lol at citycells. Yeah there’s way may poosy in the cities but find a good woman and move to the country and you’re life will be infinitely better.
