I know it's been done before but I thought I'd make it easier by putting a pole up

I prefer the whole package to be physically symetrical...but I like some mass to a man..Not overly skinny, nor overweight.The chest is one of my favs..though like I said, it all must be somewhat symetrical.
Anything is possible, surround yourself with people who believe in you and your goals!

after a month or maybe less of walking on the treadmill they had gotten like 1/2" bigger I think
calves seem to come easy to us big people
maybe I can help you Titania, you can give me piggy back rides uphill to help your calves
