I’ve been seeing people say to just drink fairlife chocolate milk. The things I think about though is that the current mass gainer powder I drink advertises it has creatine, BCAAs, multiple protein sources&types… I don’t mind paying the extra $$$ for something that is worth it. So far it’s been worth it (the mass gainer)… but it’s been sold out for some time now and i’m trying to find a decent alternative. If milk is the way to go, I guess i can throw creatine in a separate drink otherwise that sounds bad

Is milk really as good as a mass gainer?

I'd argue that simply adding peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and honey sandwiches, milk or yogurt, and handfuls of nuts/seeds is a cheaper and healthier option.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
