    I just bought it a few weeks ago, so I'm still figuring it out. I'm using it more for a decline bench effect (pec accessory movement after incline bench), whereas my lifting partner really leans over it more and grips it lower for more of a triceps movement.

    Since this video, I lowered the seat to the lowest setting so I could get more ROM, which I used today.

    So I kind of use it two different ways... and I'm trying to figure out how to best fit it into my weekly schedule now.

    But sometimes I'll use it on arm day where obviously I try to get more triceps out of it and mitigate the chest/shoulder disruption a bit. So I'll shorten the ROM some and focus on locking out at the triceps, almost like a machine press-down/press-out/dip whatever.

    But on chest day, I try to get as much chest pump as I can, so then I won't really worry much about locking out the elbows much, especially if I'm trying to knock out a bunch of reps.

    Damn good chest pumps srs. I'm glad I bought it. I primarily bought it because I have tons of variety in the exercises I can do for almost every bodypart with the existing equipment I have in the gym. All except chest. I was pretty much stuck with barbell variations and dumbbell variations. I wanted at least one machine with a good stimulus-to-fatigue ratio I could throw in for a strong pump after the main bench pressing/incline pressing.

    So anyway, a few weeks in and it was well worth the money, and I'm sure I'll find more ways to use it as I go like I have with my other equipment.

    You should try the Meadows ladder push-ups with bands....slow and squeeze as a finisher. I do that close grip for tris not chest though...

    Like I said, I'm still experimenting with it, but yes, chest pump is very good, especially now that I lowered the seat and increased ROM. It feels like a machine decline bench almost when I perform them that way.
