Heavy training compresses discs, and most pros say they lost inches over time.
Discs don't usually grow or expand as you age, just sayin. There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

This an interesting one, I'm the same Hight I was 40 years ago. In the past I always considered myself as being slightly shorter than my similar aged friends, now I'm aware when I meet them that I seem taller. I'm the only one that workouts and keeps fit, I'm convinced this has maintained my height, whereas they have lost height, quite noticeably in some cases.
Tennis balls?...........my Biceps are as big as Grapefruits!
